Royal Randwick
The Villiers Stakes takes place at perhaps Australia’s most prestigious track – Royal Randwick. Randwick is one of four tracks in the Sydney metro area. Others include Rosehill, Warwick Farm and the Canterbury course. The circumference of Randwick’s track is 2224 metres and it has a straight of 410 metres. The direction of the track is clockwise. It is well known to be a spacious course with an ascent in the home straight.
